The educational programme
The Can Papiol Romantic Museum’s educational programme is aimed at all levels of schooling: Infants, Primary and Secondary. More specialised visits dealing with the building and its history are available for students at other levels.
Educational activities are designed in line with the curriculum for each school year, with explanations adapted to the age of the pupils. They are based on an interactive dialogue to help pupils to understand and make their visit more enjoyable and teaching. In addition, teachers can contact the Museum educational team and transfer them the subjects that most interest them.
Also, we offer activities “à la carte”, adapting the visit to the interests of each school group. Visits for Infant and Primary Education can be accompanied by a workshop. For High School and other levels, we also offer focused visits to specific aspects of the house and its time, such as the energy sources, the gastronomy and cuisine, the traditions during the XIXth century… so generating thematic views on the collection.
